I have a home built by Adams Home Builders in 2002. I am having some problems with several of my Kinco aluminum framed windows. The nylon piece that is located on each side of the sliding window fails and allows the channel balance top to slide past. It always happens when I close the window. I believe that I have correctly identified the channel balance top as #19-005. I think that the top sash guide is #18-034. Are these parts compatible?
Thanks,
Jim

The Series balance Kinco uses is our Series 385.
As for the top sash guide, please take a look at both 18-044 and 18-166 and see which one would better fit.
If you're still unsure as to which sash guide would work, you can upload a picture of the sash guide you're looking to replace. Please make sure to include their dimensions, as well.

I believe that the top sash guide #18-166 matches the dimensions of my existing guides exactly.
the only numbers I find on the channel balance are 29 4.
I am sending you pics of the balance tops and the sash guide.
