Top Sash Guide

I found the spiral bancers, now I need the top sash glides.

Hi , we have about 30 windows we are trying to restore , all need these spring arm's and other parts attached to it replaced , I've never worked with this style of window, can you help ? M

We removed spiral balance (23 inch red tip) and could only find remnants of the shoes. We've purchased the balances from swisco with 15-012 shoes. I need to buy replacement parts and get your advice on how to install the rods. I don't have the type that connects to the bottom of the sash.

None of the sash guides I see appear to correspond with what I have (replacing spiral balancers S305-23). The closest guide is 18-034. However, the dimension of the width indicates is 1/2", but my existing sash guides are only 7/16" wide. all other dimensions on that part appear correct except the w ... (cont.)
