Thanks for posting. I am sure we can help, but I need just a little more information to narrow this down. This appears to be a S770-25, but with a 62-105 hook attached on the bottom. Please review to make sure this seems correct. Note that the Series 770 has a 'plan' channel, rather than a ribbed one; you can view the difference here. Also note that your old balance's stamp code is not a rating system we use for these balances; we might be able to replace it with a stamp of 25D, for a sash weighing 22 through 25 pounds, but I advise getting the exact weight of the window sash to confirm. From there I can write a quote up for you. Many thanks.
