Kindly help us finding replacement hardware parts for our windows

Dear Swisco,

I believe ours is a crossbow balance.

I list the component for one of the windows.

The windows are made by

N.W. Patriot Manufacturing., Inc.

These are measurements of the balance as well as pictures

Lower sash wt = 14 lb

Width of T-shaped shoe = 1 in

Fiberglass rod = 25 1/4 in

Coiled spring = 13 1/2 in

Kindly let us know if this is 850 Crossbow balance ? If not, what kind of window is this and if you sell any replacement parts?

Hello,

Your crossbow balance is no longer being made but our Series 795 channel balance makes a great replacement. Take a look at our video below to view the full conversion process.

As for your tilt latch, we should be able to replace it but we will need to see an undamaged latch, including the tooth that keeps the sash in place, to compare to our selection. Thank you!
