Kolbe Heritage double hung circa 1997 pivot shoes broken

A home owner from Pennsylvania says:
These are a sheetmetal and plastic shoe where they stop moving and then the plastic cracks and pieces break off. Can these be replaced? I have almost 50 of these windows. Picture of pivot shoe, pivot pin and a few broken pieces attached.

Your shoe appears to  be a match for our 15-014, though these can be tricky to replace if you aren't handy. If you aren't comfortable attempting it, we also sell the complete balance as our Series 751. This may be a good idea anyway; when the shoes break like this, it's usually a sign that the balance isn't far behind. Just something to consider.
