Kolbe & Kolbe double casement window approximate vintage 1990

A contractor from Ludington, MI 49431 says:

Hello. We have a customer with a late 1980s/early 1990s Kolbe & Kolbe double casement window unit that is in need of a new operator and some locking mechanism parts. Other than the finish, the unit is in great shape, and the because of the location it would be extremely difficult to replace with a complete new window.

The operator markings are as follows: Entry Guard Truth 20810. Any info on left and right hand operators, tracks, and locking mechanism parts that we could purchase from your company would be very much appreciated,

Regards,

Eric

Hi, Eric.

Depending on the length of the link arm, you could have either the 39-031 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156 operators. Review the dimensions to see which one matches best. For a compatible track, see the 39-505. If you need the brackets as well, compare your dimensions to the 39-509 and 39-510 to see what you think.

I'm afraid we don't carry a replacement for the locking handle and keeper, however. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
