Looking to find what hardware I need as our handle does not turn the "auger" to open of close the window. No clue what I need to order.

It sounds like your operator may be stripped. We're happy to help determine a replacement but we'll need more information. Can you open the window and show us a clear photo of the arms that move the window sash?

Thank you kindly! This looks like it could be the 39-032 or 39-156. Review the specifications for each and see which one matches up best with your old assembly.

I just heard back from kolbe.. the part is 5054390 and 5057010 right and left

I'm afraid we couldn't cross-reference these part numbers. The two operators I mentioned appear to be our best options though. You'll just have to measure yours to see if one of them aligns with your old operator.

The 39-155 has a 3-13/16" long link arm. The 39-156 is the opposite-handed version. You can place an order directly on our website at your convenience.
