I have kv windows they have both these pivot stop balance. Can you guys help with the right parts. Thank you

Hello there. Note that these are different pivot shoes that work with entirely different balance systems. The shoe with the 'arrow' shaped nubs on top might be an older version of the 15-177, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. See the image below.
