Left hand outswing glass door; fastener spacing for the spring hinge pin piece is 1.25in; fastener spacing for the bottom riser piece is .75in.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 70-097 LH commercial door pivot used on US Aluminum doors and some Tubelite doors. This looks like the pivot set you are looking for but also take a look at the 79-098 RH to make sure you get the correct handed side. Review the specifications along with the related video and see what you think.
