LIKIT sliding glass door handle replace

Question

Need to replace a Likit sliding glass door handle. No part number, just patent# 106753. It is attached to a Likit door #LIK-012-1. The inside, outside, and latch are 3 separate pieces. I would like to replace all 3, but I must replace the faulty latch. My measurements are as precise as I could get without removing the latch and handle. They are so old and worn I am afraid they will not go back on at all. Please help with replacement part or advice. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. Is this handle set surface mount, or does it use a mortise latch inside the door? If it's surface mount, I would start by looking at our 82-005 lock set. However please double check the distance between your holes, measured center-to-center, just in case.
