Label with window info had faded

Question

The window drops when lifted up. Not sure what Part I need. I have Ordered other parts through your company for the same style windows and hoping you have the part I need. Please let me know this more information I need to provide.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe appears to match the 15-199. This is designed to use the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil balances (sold separately). Can you confirm the width of the coil spring band? You'll also want to check the spring for a stamped weight code. If there aren't any, we will need you to get back to us with the sash weight to determine the appropriate coil weights.
