I'm looking for the left and rh side latches the crank outs have part number 31850 on the but nothing on the latches

Thanks for your post! Your casement window lock reminds me of the 38-144 Primary Casement Sash Lock. This lock is non-handed, so it can be used for both left and right handed applications.

To replace the keepers you'll need the 38-276 and 38-277 Casement Sash Keepers.
