I'll need to see a photo of your existing balances to confirm the right replacements. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to identify them by the dimensions below. It will be important to see the attachments on the balance as well as any stamps/markings. It'll also be helpful to see any other compatible hardware the balance works with.

Thanks for the photos. Your coil balance pivot shoe appears to be the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. I am confident this is the right replacement but be sure to double check the dimensions to confirm.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. To confirm which spring you need for your your assembly, you'll need to check the metal coils for any stamps/markings. If there are none, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the number of coils attached to the shoe. This will help you determine the spring strength needed for each coil.

You may also need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and the 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
