Latch for glass sliding door

Looking to purchase locking latch for a Home Depot exterior glass sliding door. The only markings on the latch housing is "Pat Pend" and it is 10" long and a little over an inch wide. I have attached the following:

1-Sticker inside top of door
2-Locking mechanism

Your mortise lock resembles our 82-239 or 82-265 depending on the face plate it uses. Carefully compare the specifications with your old part to see how they match up.
