Latch for patio door

A quick learner says:
The second and third picture show the latch in need to replace on my patio door, so it will latch properly and stay closed. There are no numbers or markings that I can see. I love my Simonton patio door, but I need it to lock properly. Can you help me?

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 82-265 mortise lock and 82-249 keeper to your original hardware. It looks like your keeper is installed on a base to give it extra projection. If this is separate from your original keeper, you will need to reuse it with the new keeper, which is relatively flat. Thanks for posting!
