Latching assembly

Question

The upper hook that latches does not retract and keeps the door latched.  Looking to replace unit as a assembly for the ease of it.

Hey there. For the mortise lock, see if the 82-260 matches what you have. For the keeper, see the 82-249. For the handle set, compare to the 82-030A or 82-030B, depending on the placement of the key lock and thumb lever.
