Late 70's sliding door handle

Greetings,

I have a broken sliding glass door handle from late 70's era. Screw holes are 4 15/16" apart. Pat. No. 3596954 on the handle. Recommendations?

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Take a look at our 82-005 surface mount handle set. This looks like it could be a good replacement option, but let me know what you think.
