Replacing a single roller with a tandem roller

Question

I want to replace the single rollers on the doors with dual rollers. I ordered the 81-095 and they are not the right wheels .I believe I need the 81-153. I need to return the 81-095 and reorder 14 of the correct dual roller.

the wheel is 1.5" total length of housing is 1.2" width is 11/16

I have never tried to replace a single roller with a tandem roller. However, I think that the 81-153 Tandem Sliding Glass Door Roller should work. The dimensions look the same.

There are two things you need to keep in mind: You will have to reverse the holes in the door for the adjustment screw and the assembly screw. I don't see a problem with that. The next thing is that the bump out that fits into the notch of the door rail might not line up exactly. You might have to cut the notch in the door rail so the bump will fit into it.
