Left Hand Corrner Latch for Tilt Window...

Can you help me identify the exact replacement part needed? I have 3 of these to replace very soon. I attempted to remove the latch, as you can see the screw is out on the top... but when I opened the tilt window I found that there is a screw sideways into the window that is holding it the rest of the mechanism in and I will have to pry it out to remove it.

I didn't want to remove it because the window would no seal closed while I'm trying to make the repair.

Can you give me part numbers, availability, and price for 3 of these?
