Greetings. It looks like you have an older version of our 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses 15-182 and 15-181 Detent Clips. The compatible Coil Balances are our Series 190. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Sometimes coil springs lack stamps, or the stamps aren't very clear to begin with. In this case, the best thing to do is to give us the exact weight of the window sash, perhaps from lowering it on a bathroom scale. Give us that exact weight, and I can calculate the spring weights you need.
I can't really speak for how heavy your vinyl frame is, but the general formula you want to use is to divide the sash weight by how many springs support it. So if you have two springs on each side, you divide it by 4; if you have one spring on each side, you divide it by 2.
Assuming your sash is 24 pounds, which is just an estimation, and seeing as how you have two springs per side, then you'd want the 6 pound spring. That would be the S190-640.
In my opinion you should probably get the exact sash weight just to be safe. You'll be kicking yourself later if you guessed wrong, better to just get it right the first time.
