Left side casement window gear stripped

A handy person from Maryland says:
Hello, I have a Pulte home built in 2002. The casement window above the kitchen sink has a stripped gear that is going to eventually prevent it from opening. Can you help identify a replacement part?

Hello. Start by looking at our 39-014, which has a 13-1/2" long arm, and our 39-028E, which has a 9-1/2" long arm. Could either of these work for you?
A quick learner from Maryland says:
Hello Dave,

Thanks for the reply. I'll measure today - sure looks like one of those should work.

Hello Dave (or whomever reads this),

I did end up ordering the 9.5"PN 39-028E. It was going to he the perfect fit...except for the slider "button" that needs to fit in the channel on the window. It is way to big. Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Chris

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Ah, sorry to hear about that. Could it be you have the 39-366? This has a somewhat smaller metal bearing on the end. Carefully compare our pictures to your own hardware to confirm if they match up.
