Left side window tilt latch

Question

I'm looking for a replacement for the window tilt latch in the picture above. I have not seen anything that looks similar on your site. The part is 2 7/16" long by 3/4" wide. The wording on top says:
Caution open sash 2"
Before operating latch
to tilt ->
