Length of channel balance

Hi,

I have different lenght of balance on the same window.How can I determine the right size?

Hey, Andre. Thanks for contacting us.

Both balances should be the same size. Can you start by giving me the height of the visible glass? That will let us calculate the proper length. Can you also tell me the two lengths you have now?

Finally, I see you were looking at our 15-014 shoe. Does that mean you have our Series 751? Let me know!

Hey,the visible glass 31 inches. One balance is a 3220,the other a 3120.
I have the 385 series so I choose the15_004 shoe.

Ah, I see. If you have the Series 385, and the visible glass is 31", then you want a 32" long balance. Let me know if yu have any questions!
