Thanks for reaching out to us! Your coil balance shoe looks like it could be the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. To confirm if this is the right replacement for your repairs you'll need to remove the shoe to compare the dimensions below.

This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance or the 3/8" Series 165 Coil Balance. You'll need to confirm the thickness of your shoe to determine which of these is the coil needed to complete your assembly.

Once you've confirmed the coil, you'll need to look for any stamps on the coil that will indicate the springs you need. If there aren't any stamps, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window.
