Lift assistance

Question

HI,

We have fairly new windows where the mfg has gone out of business and a lot of my lifts are broken. I am unsure of the weight rating or the type of lifts.

Can you help me?

This looks like our S770-26 channel balance, but your stamp of 26I is pretty strong. This indicates that these balances can support 42 through 45 pounds. Can you confirm?
