I need something similar to 16-002

I bought 10 clips #16-002 but returned them because they fell out of the holes.
So I need the same clip as the take out clip # 16-002 except 1 1/2 inches long same 1/4 in. wide.
Do you carrier those?

The window I have is from Atrium. Hurricane strength. I will have to take a different window down, to see the clips. Both clips are gone. I can not get there for 2 weeks so I will send pictures and measurements then.

I'm afraid we have not been able to find a take out clip in that size. Can you confirm the dimensions? Pictures would also be a big help. Finally, do you know the name of the window manufacturer?

OK, so problem solved and window fixed. I am not sure how I missed it but the clips do fit!!!
So I was able to get the old window out and replace.
Thank you for your patience and help in asking for more detail.
