Hello,
The window crank broke at the base and I need a need to purchase an entire operator assembly.

Thanks for posting. I am confident we can help, but I am afraid we can't cross-reference that data with a specific window operator in our catalog. Please send us a photo of the entire operator, including the arm(s) that move the window. A bird's eye view, either with the operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, would suffice. We'll do our best to help from there.

Hi Rob. See the 39-253RB or 39-439B Operators. The difference lies in the appendage at the end of the straight arm. See the video below. For a new cover and handle see the 39-376.
