Lincoln Patio Door handle and lock

Quick Learner from croton on hudson ny 10520
you can see in 0-2.jpeg that the plate has broken at the bottom screw.

THis is I believe lincoln patio door hardware, butI don't have any parts numbers.
I did measure as below. I used a the measure, and while I tried to see 15/16ths, I might've missed a 1/16th here or there.

Do you have just the broken piece?

See our 82-265 Mortise Lock, 82-087 Handle Set, and 82-249 Keeper. See if this hardware matches what you need.

HI, Bob.

The door handle se you show me looks like it!

Can I buy just the handle set? Will that work with my existing mortise lock and keeper?

If it's the wrong piece, do you take it back and refund?

While we are at it, I have a lincoln window crank that is missing the top cover (see pics), has always been missing the top cover ever since it was installed and the contractor skipped town in 2005.

I include pics of the crank here, plus the good one next to it so you can see the missing cover.

What can you do about this, anything?

Thanks,

Harlan

Hi Harlan. If the handle set is the only part undamaged, then that is certainly all you need to replace. For a new cover for this casement operator, see our 39-107. You can view our Return Policy here.

The handle you suggest seems to pair with a mortise that has one latch curling up.
The mortise I have has two latches, one curling down and the other curling up.
Does it matter, by the way?

Please take a look and see if the Lincoln handle you're pointing to is the right one.

Again, I am confident the 82-087 is a match for this handle set. As far as the mortise lock goes, both hooks on the 82-265 point 'inward', or towards one another. If yours does as well, that's a good sign. Just go over all the other dimensions to confirm, but I am pretty confident this is our best match.
