We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the sticker information does not tell us the hardware that the door uses. We'll need to see photos of your original lock assembly to compare to our inventory. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. I can't be sure with the lock assembly still installed but I would recommend starting by taking a look at the 82-239 and 82-265 mortise locks. These are commonly used with the 82-086 handle set and use the same lock body. The primary difference is the type of face plate used to install each mortise. Review the dimensions below and see what you think.
