We need the lock hardware for two patio doors. No Manufacturer information. The townhouses were built in 1967 in Petersburg Va.

It looks like you may have a discontinued Sears patio door lock. We do not carry exact replacements but review the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set, along with the video below, to determine if you could use this as a substitute. Thanks for posting.
