We'd be happy to look into this for you but I'd like to see the latch hook of the internal handle disengaged from the keeper. Please also write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in your handle set. That would help us determine what you have and which parts would be compatible. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. Your inside handle is similar to the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set. See the specifications below. This handle set does not come keyed, but it is compatible with the 82-306 keyed exterior pull, sold separately. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
