My sliding glass door lock doesn't work. Please help.
11 3/4 inches-tip to tip; 3/4 inches wide
Lock doesn't engage, so I would need the locking mechanism, handles and corresponding multipoint keeper.
There are no identifying marks or names.

Your handle set resembles the 82-086 with an offset thumb latch and 3-15/16" hole spacing. Keep in mind that the length and width of the faceplate do not need to be identical as long as the hole spacing is the same.
We also offer the 82-265 mortise lock, which uses the 82-249 keeper. Take a look and confirm that the dimensions below match up to yours. Thanks for posting!
