The action on the internal lock for my JW glass slider is malfunctioning. I have provided a photo from another customer that shows the same handle and internal lock system that I am going to repair/replace. What is the part number of the internal lock shown in the photo that mates with the JW handle?

It sounds like you need a new mortise. Yours is similar in design to our 82-265, but look it over and see if you agree.
