Lock freezes

Question

Lock freezes...very difficult to open. I'm not sure exactly what needs to be replaced and what parts are needed.

Thanks for posting! If the lock is freezing, I would wager the problem is the spring in the mortise lock. It's a good idea to just replace the whole thing. Check out our 82-260. Could this be what you need?
