Hello, thank you for posting,

If you are only in need of a new lever, please review the 82-107 lever kit. For a new mortise lock and handle set, please review the dimensions and style of the 82-265 lock and 82-089 handle set. The handle set has 3-15/16" installation holes from center to center.

Please review and let me know if you have any questions.
