Need lock mechanism for frame of door as one was never installed and handle for sliding glass door with lock

I don't know what you have, unfortunately. It's not possible to ID what hardware you need without the old hardware to use as a reference. Based on your photos, the most I can do is provide an educated guess.

I would say look at our 82-265 mortise and 82-035 handle set to start out. Carefully review our pictures and dimensions to see if these would be compatible with your door.
