Thanks for writing in! Your mortise lock reminds me of the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock made with a face plate. To confirm that this is the correct fit for your repairs, carefully look over the dimensions below. 

Keep in mind, your existing keeper may not be compatible with our replacement lock. The 82-265 is compatible with the 82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper. You'll want to compare the dimensions for this part, as well.
