I need to replace my locking patio door handle. We use a key to lock our present one from the outside, but it gave up the ghost after 25 years. Having a problem because our hole distance is 4-15/16". I see you have a locking keyed handle of that size, but am at a loss for the mortiose part with those dimensions. We currently have a clanp style, but I think we can work with mortiose, correct? Just need the hole distance to be 4-15/16".

Hmm..Before we answer your question, could we see some photos of the mortise set you're looking to replace?

I don't currently have a mortoise lock, I have a clamp. Maybe you have that replacement?
I purchased a clamp style, but the clamp was in a different position and wouldn't lock into the sliding glass door frame. That's why I though a mortoise lock might work.
Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated.

Hi Tom,
I see 82-005 along with 82-306 may take care of my problem.
Are they made to work together as I need to lock the door from the inside as well as the outside.
I've included a picture of my doorframe. Does the 82-005 come with something for the hook to latch into (that I can install in the frame.)
Sorry for all these questions, but I've gone from store to store and website to website trying to replace this.
Thanks,
Linda

That is a Window Master handle. Replacing it is not easy.
I have a handle that should work, but I haven't needed one in years, so I haven't been able to test it.
