Lock/latch has lost its snap/spring-action

Question

Not disassembled yet
The lock/latch still works but has no 'detent' between locked and unlocked position.

Preliminary research into options...cannot find any markings so I may never ID mfr. to find parts.

Soon I may have to remove it to measure the mounting hole size, position, etc.

Is there anything standardized about this, like there is for 'regular' hinged house doors (interior & exterior)?

Hello,

You may need a surface-mounted handle set like our 82-005, but we would need to see the hook that latches the door shut, as well as confirm the distance between the mounting hole centers, to know for sure. Thank you!
