We are a general contractor and are finalizing a remodel for a home owner. There are Loewen windows throughout, but have a couple different styles of hardware - all the same color - and we are in need of some replacement parts. Please see uploaded pictures for the style and color which is a "pewter" look.
Questions:
1. Is it possible to change the "old style crank" which has the round knob on the end of the crank (and does not seat within the cap piece) with the more current version of the crank that has the more rectangular end piece (and seats within the cap for a "cleaner" look)?
2. If it IS possible, can you please tell me how involved that process to replace the parts and if those parts are readily available?
2. If it is NOT possible to change to the different style do you have available: a) 10, "traditional" style cranks with the rounded end pieces b) 12, cap pieces for the traditional style cranks, and c) 4 locks for the sides of the windows
Feel free to call and discuss.
John
