Lom Vista windows

It's the part that attaches to spring to hold window up. We don't know the name of any of the parts.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that you are in need of a new pivot bar. We do not carry this exact style, but please start by comparing the style and dimensions of the 26-448 to your original. Let us know what you think!

Thank you for your help. Can you please also help us determine the part number(s) for the attached pics so that I can order all parts at once?

We do not carry this older setup, but we recommend reviewing the Series 140 coil balance as a replacement option. The pivot shoe is 1-1/4" wide by 9/16" thick. Please compare to your original to confirm a good fit!

With changing the entire setup, please disregard the original pivot bar recommendation. There are a few that will work with this new system. Please compare the dimensions of the 26-398, 26-405 or 26-454 to see which best matches up to your original.

To confirm the weighted coil needed, are you able to provide the weight of the window sash? The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!

I'm attaching a diagram of the current pivot bar. Will you advise which one would be the the best replacement?

The window sash weighs 14 pounds.

Thanks so much! We're obviously not window experts. :)

Thank you,

For a 14 pound window, I recommend using (1) S140-7 on each side of the window. Please review the dimensions below.

Based on the dimensions of the pivot bar, the best match would be the 26-454 as seen below. Please just double check that the 5/16" width will fit into your window sash.

Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.
