Look for Channel Balance 26 9 KW CMC 11 Replacement

Hi
My broken channel balance has the code 26 9 KW CMC 11 on it, it measured 27" (metal part). Can you please recommend a replacement?

Are the end attachments on your balance the same as the ones on our S350-27 balance? If so, you can use that part, for a 27" metal bar. The "26 9" code is supposed to refer to the sash weight, but it doesn't mean anything to me. You'll need to weigh your window sash and choose a "weight option" from the website.
