Look for tilt window spiral balances replacement and tool

Your tilt window spiral balance can be replaced with the S600-36 with a red tip. It does appear orange in color but it is considered to be red. The compatible charging (installation) tool is the 75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool.

The pivot shoe you have looks like it can be replaced with the 15-047 Pivot Shoe. You'll need to be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm that it is the right fit for your window.
