Thanks for posting. It's difficult to say for sure without seeing the operator removed from the window; but start by looking at our 39-031 & 39-032 Entrygard Dual Arm Operators, or our 39-155 or 39-156 Caradco Window Crank operators. Take a look at both sets, compare the dimensions listed with your old components, and see what you think.

A contractor from California says:
I ordered the two arms you suggested and neither fit.

I am enclosing a better picture of the one we removed... do you stock this one?

I recognize this one. Is this the same operator as the one in your first batch of photos? It looks very different. Looking at your second photo in your first post, I can see two distinct arms in the same linkage rather than just one.

Either way, our 39-216 and 39-217 should work well as replacements for this one. I think you'll find this is a great match.

To return the other parts you purchased, see our return policy here.

A contractor from California says:
Yes this is the same one...

Thanks I'll try this ....

Great, glad to hear it! Thank you once again for your business, it means a lot. Please let me know how it works out or if you run into any issues.

A contractor from California says:
Can you please tell me the length of that arm?
Profile picture of Tom
Tom from SWISCO responded:

Sure, if you look at the 39-216 store page, you can see we have the length from the end of the arm to the center of the operator base as 7-3/8". This is how Truth, the manufacturer, recommends you measure the arm to confirm the proper size.
