Looking for Balancer

Question

Window is sagging on left side due to what I think is the balancer, curious to see if the parts can be found anywhere. No visible marking on Window or parts.

Take a look and compare the 15-199 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 160 or Series 165 coil springs depending on the width of the originals, to your hardware. Thanks for posting!
