Looking for Coil Constant force balance shoe with "hook"

Question

Hi Swisco Team,

We have a customer who has the shoes pictured that are attached to three coils on a hook (the hook is broken off of the shoes in the pictures). Do you have a shoe that we could use that will work to fix these windows? Let me know if additional information is needed and I will provide.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We do not carry any exact match for the this pivot shoe however, I do believe our 15-177 might work as a suitable replacement. Although, I cannot make any guarantees that this will in fact be a good fit. Carefully review and compare it to your pivot shoe to determine if the dimension would be a fit for the window track.

These pivot shoes are compatible with our S152 Coil springs. To determine the spring strength needed for your window, take a look at your existing coils for an stamps/markings.

If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. Once you have the sash weight, you'll need to take that number and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.
