I am looking for 10 each sash locks as identified in photos. They are labeled "Peak" but unable to find.

Thanks for posting! Take a look at the 90-252 cover and 90-253 latch mechanism. We can't guarantee these will work for you but they are our best options for a replacement. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Wondering what solution you found. I have the same exact lock. Also in UT. It's not working well, so I need to replace it. I took it off to clean to improve the glide, but now I can't put it back. There is no hole inside past the frame, so screws don't go in. I'd hate to drill the inner side as that would break the seal on the window.
