Looking for a Patio Door lock replacement

First I need a replacement for the part in the images I have sent.

Second, are you're prices and shipping quoted in US dollars?

Lastly can this part be used with a key lock handle? I currently do have have a keyed lock handle but would like to get one. A full sized key would be ideal. Any help would be great.

Your mortise lock appears to be a match for our 82-260 which is fully compatible with the 82-086 keyed handle set. These parts should work perfectly fine for you but look them over and let me know if you have any questions.
