Keep in mind, however, that you will need to weigh your sashes in order to get the correct spring weight. You will also need to replace the pivot bar. Looking at you old bar without measurements, I think you should go with either our 26-405 or 26-398. The top nylon tilt latch looks like our 26-243 and 26-244. Look over all the measurements to match up to yours.
