Thanks for reaching out! The best replacement we have for this coil balance assembly is the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe, Series 159 Coil Balance, and 15-255 Coil Single Support. I'm confident this will work for the repair but be sure to take a look over the specifications below and compare them.

Your existing pivot bar will not be compatible so you'll also need the 26-083.
